A Wrike Case Study
True Colors United, a national nonprofit working to end homelessness among LGBT youth, needed a more complete system for managing growing advocacy and training projects that range from 10-task grants to 300+ task summits. Prior to Wrike they relied on email, Asana, Google Forms and other tools, but required integrated timeline planning, scheduling, reporting and granular sharing controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex, pre-planned projects.
By adopting Wrike integrated with G Suite, the team now initiates plans in Google Docs, links files into Wrike tasks, uses Timeline views, templates, Gmail and Google Calendar integrations, and a Chrome extension to streamline work. The change consolidated work in one place, increased project throughput, improved transparency and reporting, reduced administrative time, and boosted team productivity and creativity while helping projects finish on time and on budget.
