A Wrike Case Study
Leader’s Casual Furniture, founded in 1971 and now operating 19 showrooms, a 150,000 sq. ft. distribution center and an online store, relied on email to manage store- and warehouse-level service requests. That approach made tracking IT, maintenance, assembly and other operational requests difficult and caused issues and requests to get lost or delayed.
IT leaders Justin Buser and Daniel Olson implemented Wrike integrated with G Suite (OAuth, Gmail and Calendar links, Docs/Sheets attachments) to centralize requests, automate assignment with forms, and create a searchable knowledge base. The change sped up ticket resolution, reduced administrative overhead, improved cross-team project tracking, and freed the IT team to deliver strategic work—such as rolling out a new VOIP phone system across showrooms and the distribution center.
