A Wrike Case Study
Key Lime Interactive, a user research firm that tests eReaders, video games, mobile wallet solutions and entertainment apps, runs many concurrent studies that rely on online research tools with limited user licenses. As the business grew, managing tool availability and avoiding overlapping schedules became a critical operational challenge.
They solved it in Wrike by adding each tool as a collaborator, assigning those tools to tasks, and using the “Assigned to” filter and time-tracking to monitor usage and costs. Upgrading spare licenses lets tools appear on the Workload graph so conflicts can be resolved by dragging task bars, enabling easier scheduling, license adjustments, and clearer reporting—improving efficiency without increasing costs.
