A Wrike Case Study
INTERNET IDEAS is a web-design and online marketing agency with teams in the UK, Lithuania and Germany that works with clients such as TELE2. Facing the common challenge of keeping distributed teams focused, they needed a straightforward way to prioritize urgent and important work without letting small, distracting tasks derail strategic work.
They implemented a GTD-style priority system in Wrike using folders/tags for “very important & urgent,” “very important,” “ASAP” (quick, non‑strategic tasks) and “Others” backlogged items, sorting by priority with drag-and-drop, reassigning or outsourcing short tasks, and reviewing completed/overdue items weekly. The result: clearer focus, better time management across the team, and more efficient handling of multiple projects leading to improved outcomes.
