A Wrike Case Study
Monumental Sports & Entertainment, a major Washington, D.C. sports and entertainment group supporting teams like the Capitals and Wizards, needed a better way for its in-house creative team, Monumental Design, to manage incoming requests. Requests arrived via multiple non-design tools, creating disjointed workflows, heavy administrative and file-management burden on designers, and little visibility into team capacity and performance.
MSE implemented Wrike—chosen for its existing MediaValet integration and Adobe Creative Cloud support—building custom intake forms and centralizing the request-to-publication workflow. With dashboards, effort tracking and reporting, the team now completes work faster and more accurately, gains full visibility into workloads, and can justify capacity to executives; results include 640+ assets created in Q1 and 110,000+ assets uploaded to MediaValet via the Wrike integration.
