A Wrike Case Study
House of Design (HoD) is a Nampa, ID–based robotic systems integrator founded by engineers that grew rapidly from about 10 to 90+ employees while serving aerospace, medical devices, food, electronics and other manufacturers. That growth exposed major coordination problems: fragmented tools and email threads, a machine-shop bottleneck with thousands of parts requests, no single source of truth or visibility into workloads, and the need to share Gantt-style timelines with clients.
HoD implemented Wrike for Professional Services—using folders, request forms, custom fields, workflows, dashboards and a 300+ article knowledge base—to centralize intake, planning and collaboration. The change cut delays, doubled the machine-shop manager’s throughput for parts, and improved capacity planning and client communication; over three years HoD estimates 16,600+ hours saved and roughly $830–$832K in cost savings, with Wrike adopted across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR and more.
