A Wrike Case Study
CoMa, a Munich-based digital marketing agency with about 40 employees, was stuck in a Waterfall-style process and lacked visibility into project status and the ability to tailor task management to different teams. To support a shift toward Agile best practices, the company chose Wrike as a versatile, easy-to-use work management solution that could improve transparency and align with its flexible ways of working.
With Wrike, CoMa implemented company-wide dashboards, custom workflows, and @mentions to organize work, speed up communication, and make progress visible across departments. Wrike was rolled out in about one hour per department, and the agency now uses custom statuses to map unique processes for recruiting, design, IT, and more. The result has been faster, more flexible collaboration, higher-quality work, and fewer surprises thanks to clear workload and task visibility; CoMa is also testing Wrike as a ticketing system to extend collaboration to customers and external partners.
