A Wrike Case Study
Lightspeed POS, a cloud-based commerce solution, needed to introduce the project-management tool Wrike to its marketing team and overcome resistance to change by clearly showing how the tool would fit into existing workflows. Katelyn Good, Manager of Marketing Strategy & Implementation, led the effort to make adoption straightforward by clarifying processes and creating a concise, easy-to-scan guide for daily use.
Good mapped Lightspeed’s end-to-end work process and created a short “How to Get It Wrike” presentation with practical rules and templates—defining projects vs. tasks, a strict naming convention, meeting-note workflows, and an internal “Ask Betty” help desk—then shared it at a kickoff meeting. The result was rapid, enthusiastic adoption: the team could visualize Wrike’s benefits, gained better visibility and tracking across work, and now has streamlined onboarding and a central repository for Wrike best practices.
