CPS HR Consulting, founded in 1985 and based in Sacramento with offices in Maryland, Texas and Georgia, serves over 1,200 public- and non-profit-sector clients. In early 2015 CPS HR adopted Wrike, trained internal champions, and required its use for complex, cross-department projects. Using shared dashboards, templates, mobile apps and @mentions to centralize meeting notes and task communication, the company improved visibility and collaboration, delivered projects on time and on budget, and reduced internal email volume by about 20%.
