A Wrike Case Study
Aerotek, the largest staffing and recruiting firm in the U.S. with 14,000 employees, faced growing complexity as more than six marketing teams (communications, PR, content, creative, design, etc.) needed to collaborate on customer campaigns. With work split across teams, the group relied on long email threads, phone calls, and frequent meetings that buried requests and slowed timelines, so they needed a single hub to manage timelines, approvals, requests, and communication.
They implemented Wrike to centralize project work, using Dynamic Request Forms, task-level collaboration with @mentions, proofing, custom tags, and timeline views. The result: an estimated 85–90% drop in internal emails, about 1.5 weeks cut from the planning cycle, fewer status meetings, standardized request intake, improved visibility and archiving, and faster, more confident campaign execution.
