Pixel Jar, a Southern California web agency, redesigned HealthLoop’s website to make it more modern, editable and measurable. HealthLoop— which enables care teams to engage patients before and after admission—needed a site that non-developer staff could update in real time, surface key patient metrics, capture feedback, and integrate with other systems; the existing WordPress site relied on tightly bound custom fields that made editing difficult.

Pixel Jar rebuilt the site on WordPress and hosted it on the WP Engine Digital Experience Platform, reorganizing content with custom structures, using staging and a maintenance workflow, and integrating scheduling, a patient-portal subdomain, and HubSpot. The result: HealthLoop can make real-time updates, track and display metrics more effectively, and seamlessly integrate across its martech stack to support better patient engagement and operational agility.
