Saudi’s Largest CPaaS Company Expands its Dominance With WotNot’s White Label Solution

The customer, Sonic Inc, a leading CPaaS provider in Saudi Arabia, faced a competitive market and sought a unique differentiator to expand its dominance beyond its core offerings of SMS and voice APIs. WotNot provided a comprehensive white-label solution that was deeply integrated into Sonic's existing platform, including a full rebrand, SSO integration, and installation on Sonic's private servers for security. WotNot also conducted extensive on-site training. The results were significant, with Sonic attributing millions of dollars in new revenue primarily to the chatbot feature.
