WotNot implemented a multilingual WhatsApp chatbot that acts as a real-time digital assistant. The solution allows users to quickly find nearby stations by sharing their location and receives navigation guidance. This drastically reduced support dependency for Indofast. The results were significant, with the WotNot bot handling over 477,000 chats and successfully guiding over 338,000 users to a battery swap station, with 70.8% of users confirming they found the stations.
