Better Being Co., a company that develops and manufactures vitamins and supplements, sought to reduce costs and enhance production efficiency for its top-selling product. Director of Operations Eric Audiffred needed to quantify production rates in real-time to identify areas for improvement without increasing costs. To address this challenge, the company partnered with Worximity to implement its real-time production monitoring software.

Worximity installed its software on three production lines, initially focusing on the Magnesium Glycinate bottling line. In just six weeks, performance increased by 19.1%, achieving an average of 3,223 bottles per hour. The solution also led to a 64% decrease in the average length of downtime and a 15% average increase in availability. The project significantly enhanced capper reliability, reducing the reject rate from the high teens to low single digits and providing widespread improvements across all products on the line.
