Epipoli Group, a Milan-based leader in prepaid gift cards and loyalty solutions with a network of more than 50,000 stores, was building a gift‑card store inside the Samsung Pay app to let consumers purchase and use cards via their phones. The project stalled when the incumbent payments provider couldn’t deliver a Magento gateway/module to handle transactions, leaving Epipoli without a payment bridge to go live.

Epipoli turned to Worldpay, which developed and added the required capability to its Magento 2 plug‑in, built the payment integration and managed transaction authorization. The result was a fast, secure integration that met Epipoli’s timeline, streamlined payment management within Samsung Pay, and provided the international coverage needed for future rollouts.
