Elevate Textiles, a global textile manufacturer, sought to understand and improve its environmental and social impact across its operations and supply chain. The company turned to vendor Worldly and its suite of tools, including the Higg Index, to help measure and benchmark its sustainability performance.

Using Worldly's Higg Product Tools, Higg FEM, and Higg FSLM, Elevate Textiles was able to collect primary data on energy use, fair wages, and material sourcing. This data enabled the company to identify key areas for improvement. As a result, Elevate Textiles decreased its global carbon footprint by 8% since 2019. Furthermore, its brand Cone Denim increased its use of sustainably sourced cotton by 30%, while brand Burlington saw a 275% increase in sales of fabrics containing recycled polyester.
