Praktikertjänst, Sweden’s largest private healthcare provider made up of over 1,000 clinics, needed a flexible, easy-to-use payments and accounting solution to manage its complex, distributed operations (about 2,000 separate balance sheets per month). Worldline, via its Bambora offering, was engaged to provide a single payments partner that could simplify processing across clinics and support the company’s move into digital healthcare.
Worldline implemented an integrated Bambora solution — supplying card terminals, acquiring and invoice handling, automated accounting feeds, and Bambora Checkout for online payments — enabling centralized payment processing and automated reconciliation across the group. The platform supported Praktikertjänst’s launch of Praktikertjänst24 in six pilot clinics, streamlined thousands of monthly balance sheets, and allowed the organisation to scale online services while keeping a single, reliable payments partner.
