How upgrading its ATM network helped Luminor boost customer experience and cut costs

Luminor, the leading independent bank in the Baltics, wanted to harmonise its ATM network across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The network had been run under different models in each country, and the bank worked with Worldline to make the service more efficient and give customers a consistent experience across the region using ATM Management services.

Worldline helped Luminor transfer its outsourced ATMs in Lithuania in June 2021, complete the switchover across the Baltics in September 2021, and then upgrade and replace the oldest machines in August 2022. The result was one unified network, a seamless customer switch, enhanced customer experience across the region, more contactless cash transactions, and cost savings for the business.
