Carglass Sweden, part of the Belron Group and operating 60 workshops nationwide, needed a simple, flexible in-store payment solution that matched its focus on fast, world-class customer service. To streamline card acquiring and terminal management they partnered with Worldline, using Worldline’s Bambora terminals and acquiring services (customers since 2015) to eliminate fragmented agreements and ensure payments are smooth for every customer.

Worldline implemented an all‑in‑one Bambora solution—preconfigured terminals, a single running agreement for acquiring and terminal leasing, and support for invoice payments and mobile Swish transactions as workshops went cash‑free. The result was reduced administrative overhead and faster, plug‑and‑play rollout of new sites, making it easier for Carglass to scale while supporting the smooth payment experience that helps sustain the group’s high NPS (85%) across operations.
