Boscolo Hôtels & SPAS Group worked with Worldline to address day-to-day payment challenges and reduce manual work across its hotel operations. The group wanted an end-to-end integrated payment system that could support pre-authorisations, automated payments and refunds, Food and Beverage needs, and integration with Oracle Opera, Oracle Symphony, and SynXis e-commerce.

Worldline implemented its Hospitality Suite and an integrated payment solution across face-to-face and online channels, including booking-time payments, pre-authorisation, and pay-by-link functionality. The system also supported a wider range of payment methods, including mobile wallets and Dynamic Currency Conversion, while simplifying reconciliation, reducing errors, and consolidating guest payment data into a single source for a smoother guest journey and more efficient operations.
