Worldox/Web Mobile Helps London firm’s Lawyers Access Key Documents Online – Anytime, Anywhere

Howard Kennedy, a London law firm with nearly 250 Worldox licenses, needed a secure, cost-effective way to let lawyers access documents while working remotely or traveling. The firm had already used the Worldox Document Management System from World Software Corporation since 2000, and the challenge was to support on-demand document access without heavy new training or infrastructure costs.

World Software Corporation implemented the latest version of Worldox/Web Mobile, giving staff browser-based access to documents anywhere with an internet connection. The solution was easy to install and maintain, used HTTPS and challenge/response authentication for security, and required very little training because it closely matched the desktop interface. As a result, off-site work became more productive, and about 60% of Howard Kennedy’s fee-earning users now benefit from Worldox/Web Mobile.
