Why Wyche Burgess switched from Interwoven’s iManage to Worldox

Wyche Burgess, Freeman & Parham, a Greenville, SC law firm, needed to reduce maintenance costs and choose a more efficient document management system. The firm had been using Interwoven’s iManage, but found upgrades complex, costly, and increasingly hard to support, especially given its user base and existing server environment.

World Software Corporation (Worldox) helped the firm migrate to Worldox GX. The switch delivered strong user satisfaction and cut administration effort to about 20% of what iManage required; the firm also reported administration costs at roughly one-fifth of the prior system, with maintenance over three years about half of iManage’s cost for the same number of users.
