Kansas State University’s University Relations team — a centralized marketing and communications hub serving more than 100 colleges, departments and units — struggled with inconsistent tools, branding and processes across a 44‑person team (plus student workers) managing roughly 400 active projects. The team reports at least an hour saved per project (about half an FTE) and ongoing support and training that helped users adopt the system quickly.
