Baxter Credit Union (BCU), a rapidly growing top‑100 credit union, faced a mounting marketing workload after bringing creative services in‑house and doubling its department. The six‑person team relied on Excel, email/phone requests and hard‑copy proofing, which led to lost proofs, poor visibility, inefficient processes and no real way to measure capacity or justify additional staff.
