F&W Pest Control, a family-owned company serving the Greater Boston area since 1943, provides residential and commercial pest, termite, bed bug and wildlife services. Although well-known locally, their technicians’ requests for Yelp and Google reviews were inconsistent, and the company needed an automated way to solicit feedback and get alerts when new reviews were published.

They implemented PestPac Reviews, which sends an automated thank-you email after each job followed by a review request that posts to F&W’s contactus.com profile and website and notifies the team of new feedback. The automation increased online visibility and organic ranking and drove a 51% year-over-year jump in leads—an increase of 913 leads from 2015 to 2016.
