Cowleys Pest Services is a family-owned pest control company serving central New Jersey for more than 20 years, with over 20 full-time employees and 5,000+ residential, commercial and industrial customers. As the business grew, monthly route planning became time-consuming and cumbersome—manual scheduling couldn’t efficiently handle thousands of customer needs, a larger workforce, and the goal of maximizing technicians’ productive time and daily customer capacity.
