Blue Beetle Pest Control, a residential and commercial pest services provider in the Kansas City area founded in 2003, faced problems with unreliable data and reporting that hindered decision-making. CFO Nina Beebe struggled to track cancellations, reschedules and callbacks, monitor technician productivity, and manage dropped calls—issues that made it hard to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
