Atomic Pest Control is a family-owned Arizona company serving residential and commercial customers for more than 35 years with pest control, weed control and T.A.P. insulation. As the business grew through acquisitions, Atomic struggled to standardize operations across newly merged branches that still relied on pen-and-paper processes and needed a way to equip technicians to sell, handle paperwork and process payments in the field.
Atomic implemented PestPac by WorkWave — notably RouteOp for route optimization, Forms for digital customer-facing paperwork, CustomerConnect for online account management, and WorkWave Payments for secure payment processing. RouteOp boosted stops per technician from about 10 to 18–20 (an 80–100% increase), enabled techs to act as primary salespeople, reduced accounts receivable, and helped Atomic sustain rapid growth while improving overall efficiency.
