Sentient Jet’s journey from email exchanges to Workvivo

Sentient Jet, a Massachusetts-based private aviation SMB, needed a better way to connect its dispersed workforce. Before Workvivo, internal communications relied mostly on email and a basic intranet used only for HR policies and requests, which created silos, limited visibility across teams, and made regular company-wide communication difficult.

Workvivo implemented a centralized employee communications platform that replaced email dependency, supported leadership updates, shoutouts, and structured Spaces for critical communications and HR content. The rollout was easy with minimal IT lift, and results included 99% staff adoption, 86% monthly logins, and 100% engagement among shift workers. Between October 2022 and April 2023, employee posts generated 155,254 impressions, 4,796 likes, and 541 comments, helping improve culture, morale, and recognition at Sentient Jet.
