How Workvivo helped Evri see a ‘massive increase’ in its employee engagement score

Evri, one of the UK’s largest parcel delivery companies with more than 8,000 colleagues, needed a better way to connect its widely dispersed workforce across hubs, depots, and delivery routes. With employees working in different environments and often without easy laptop or email access, the company struggled to keep communications inclusive, accessible, and engaging. Workvivo was brought in as an employee experience platform to help solve these challenges.

With Workvivo, Evri created a more collaborative digital hub for company-wide communication, accessible on mobile and designed for two-way engagement, recognition, and translation. The results were strong: 81% of colleagues registered on Workvivo, 90% are active every month, 53% use the mobile app, and employee engagement score rose by 0.5 out of 10. Evri also saw over 900 badges awarded in the first 12 months and peaks of around 6,000 monthly users during Christmas, showing that Workvivo significantly improved connection across the business.
