How SPH Media, a leading media group located in Singapore, saw adoption rates soar since implementing Workvivo

SPH Media, one of Singapore’s largest media companies, needed to revamp its intranet to better support a hybrid workforce and improve internal communication beyond email and in-person channels. Its existing intranet was fragmented across multiple tools, making it hard for employees to find information and for teams to share content efficiently. SPH Media chose Workvivo to create a more engaging, easy-to-use digital workplace experience.

With Workvivo, SPH Media rolled out a centralized intranet featuring an activity feed, mobile access, social engagement tools, Spaces, an Events Calendar, org charts, and analytics, while also enabling divisions to publish content directly. The results were strong: 93% of employees registered, 86% became active monthly users, and the platform launched in just 6 months from kickoff. SPH Media also saw more than 200 updates in the first few months and over 1,000 RSVPs for a quarterly town hall, showing clear impact from Workvivo’s deployment.
