The result was a 2x increase in employee engagement and productivity, a 99% adoption rate among staff, and 91% monthly active usage. Convera also expanded its Zoom environment over time to include Zoom Phone, Meetings, Team Chat, Webinars, Events, and Contact Center, while strengthening security with customer managed keys.
