Modernizing Benefits Administration for a Sprawling Water and Electricity Provider

Turlock Irrigation District, a long-established California utility provider, needed to modernize its benefits administration after years of using a manual, paper-based enrollment and payroll process across a widely dispersed workforce. WORKTERRA implemented an online benefits enrollment and administration system that launched in time for the 2012 enrollment year.
