WorkTango expanded VMLY&R’s use of Kazoo by adding Check-Ins, Feedback, and Talent Assessment/Talent Reviews, plus incentives and executive sponsorship to drive adoption. The vendor’s solution produced measurable gains: an 86% engagement rate with Recognition & Rewards, a 15% year‑over‑year increase in platform engagement, 22% manager participation in the first Talent Review, and 261 feedback requests in the first six months, with full rollout planned organization-wide.
