WorkTango implemented a customizable, mobile-friendly Recognition & Rewards platform that let employees earn, redeem, and send points for personalized rewards tied to company values and initiatives. Adoption climbed quickly—91% of supervisors and 85% of employees using the platform, 87% overall engagement, 50% cross-department recognition participation, and a 13.5-point year-over-year eNPS gain—returning staff loyalty to its highest level in years while removing the administrative burden of the old paper system.
