Rexall, a Canadian retail pharmacy chain with about 7,000 employees and 470 locations, needed a more adaptable, accessible employee‑engagement platform after their previous technology could not scale or preserve historical survey data. To support in‑store participation, advanced reporting, and action planning, Rexall selected WorkTango and its Surveys & Insights solution.
WorkTango migrated Rexall’s prior survey data, deployed annual engagement and frequent pulse surveys, added onboarding and exit surveys, and enabled manager Action Plans and real‑time reporting. As a result, Rexall’s overall engagement rose 34% (43.5% to 77.5%), leadership scores increased 20%, and eNPS climbed from 0 in 2017 to 42.2 by 2021, with sustained strong participation using WorkTango.
