OneStream Software, a financial software company with 1,300+ employees, needed a more consistent and scalable way to recognize employees as it grew rapidly across multiple countries and shifted from an onsite culture to remote and hybrid work. Its existing manual, limited recognition efforts were hard to scale, lacked visibility, and couldn’t ensure equitable recognition across teams. OneStream turned to WorkTango’s Recognition & Rewards platform to help support employee engagement and its global culture.
WorkTango implemented a branded recognition program that emphasized leadership participation, tied recognition to strategic goals, customized the experience to reflect the OneStream identity, and kept employees engaged through ongoing communications. The results were strong: within 90 days, 52% of employees had logged in to send recognition, and 71.1% of redemptions were for additional recognition points rather than merchandise. As OneStream expanded to more than 1,300 employees in 18 countries, WorkTango became a core part of its culture of recognition.
