LogicMonitor, a fast-growing leader in the IT infrastructure market, needed a turnkey way to keep employees engaged and scale its quarterly All Star Awards as the company expanded. To preserve its culture and streamline recognition, LogicMonitor selected WorkTango (formerly Kazoo) and its Recognition & Rewards platform with the built-in Nominations & Awards feature.

WorkTango implemented the platform to host All Star Awards, integrate employee data, and add Behavior Bonuses for COVID-19–related activities. As a result, 75% of employees are active on the WorkTango platform, nominations rose 30% year over year, employees redeemed 1,933 COVID-related Behavior Bonuses, and the company recorded 8,500+ pieces of recognition while scaling from ~250 to 550+ employees.
