The results were tangible: 84% of employees received recognition, 78% sent recognition, 37,880 pieces of recognition, 48% cross‑departmental recognition, 80,697 high‑fives, and $2,058 redeemed for charity, alongside higher engagement and improved employee NPS for DealerSocket.
