Case Study: International Justice Mission achieves secure, reliable global mobile access and increased IT agility with Workspot

A Workspot Case Study

Preview of the International Justice Mission Case Study

Workspot delivers critical business services to global human rights employees at The International Justice Mission

International Justice Mission (IJM) is a global non‑profit that protects victims of human rights abuses and supports a distributed workforce of roughly 800 staff across five continents. A small IT team faced rising demands to move on‑premise services to the cloud and to mobilize users securely; their existing mobile solution was unreliable, required on‑prem appliances, and consumed too much first‑line support time, hampering IT agility.

IJM implemented Workspot’s 100% cloud service to securely deliver apps and data to managed and BYO devices without a datacenter footprint, leveraging the existing VPN for seamless connections. Using Workspot Control, IT now provisions security and network policies, performs remote wipes, and configures devices without exposing sensitive settings — reducing OpEx and support overhead while improving reliability, mobility and end‑user experience across iOS and Android.
