PSW, a care provider for people with intellectual disabilities, struggled with fragmented client information across multiple IT systems. This complexity hindered collaboration with partner care providers, increased security risks, and added significant administrative workload, reducing the time staff could spend on direct patient care. To solve this, they worked with vendor Workspace 365.

The solution involved implementing a partner portal using Workspace 365, developed in collaboration with Ictivity. This centralized platform provided Single Sign-On access to essential documents and client data for all partners. The result was a significant reduction in login complexity and administrative time, allowing care teams to focus more on patient care. PSW plans to expand the portal to enhance collaboration across more partnerships.
