The solution, implemented with partner Open Line, was a cloud-based digital workplace named MoDeX, built on Workspace 365. This included a revamped intranet and a focus on user adoption with tailored training. The results were highly successful, with 900 employees gaining the ability to work more efficiently and flexibly; 60% of them set up their new digital workplace on the very first day. Workspace 365 provided an intuitive, user-friendly platform that was widely praised by employees.
