VSP Global, a multi-billion-dollar leader in vision care, eyewear and related software serving 80 million members and selling millions of frames annually, runs mission‑critical processes on a single SAP instance spanning five lines of business. Rapid growth and frequent SAP changes made full regression testing by hand impractical and cost‑prohibitive, threatening quality and increasing the risk of production failures across interconnected LoBs.

To solve this, VSP implemented Worksoft Certify for automated, daily “lights‑out” testing of about 50 core integrated SAP processes across multiple virtual environments. The automation enabled faster, safer delivery of 15+ concurrent SAP projects, uncovered further efficiencies (like automated data staging and complex data conversions), saved hundreds of manual hours, standardized CoE testing practices, and delivered a clear ROI—making automated testing the company’s new standard.
