Siemens, a global technology conglomerate with over 370,000 employees and dozens of SAP systems supporting core business processes, faced growing testing challenges as it centralized IT and shifted to agile delivery. Siemens piloted and then rolled out Worksoft Certify for end‑to‑end automated business‑process testing, training business analysts to create tests without programming and integrating test artifacts with SAP Solution Manager.
