A Worksoft Case Study
Dutch Railways, the national rail operator serving about 1.3 million travelers daily with 21,000 employees and multiple concurrent development teams, needed to move to SAP S/4HANA while managing complex, multi-application business processes. Their challenge was to “shift left” to find defects earlier, reduce cost and risk, and simplify coordination across ten teams during the transition.
They implemented the Worksoft Connective Automation Platform—using Capture for process discovery and analytics, Certify for codeless, environment‑agnostic test automation, and continuous test management with integrations to tools like Jenkins, SoapUI, and Jira. This gave them reusable, orchestrated, lights‑out test execution, faster training, end-to-end functional testing across teams, and measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and scalability throughout the S/4HANA migration.
