Cascades Accelerates SuccessFactors Implementation with SAP Test Automation

Cascades, a leading manufacturer of packaging, hygiene and recovery solutions, needed to implement SAP SuccessFactors for HR while accelerating migration, validating release processes, reusing existing test libraries and automating 150+ HR scenarios. The goals were faster, in-sprint Agile testing with a “shift left” approach, reduced cost and risk, and higher overall quality.

Cascades partnered with Worksoft (Connective Automation Platform, including Certify and Execution Manager) and IBM to automate tests as SuccessFactors modules were rolled out. Results included a 75% reduction in manual testing, execution time for all automated scenarios dropping from 50+ hours to 2.5 hours, 100% test coverage, improved delivery quality, a robust autonomous test library, and ongoing support for regression testing and upgrades.
