Leto is a London-based technical consulting firm of about 40 developers that helps startups and fast-moving projects turn ideas into market-ready software. Because time-to-market is critical, managers needed clear, real-time visibility into who was working on what and how time was being spent — and they wanted a low-friction, easy-to-use solution that wouldn’t rely on manual timers.

Leto deployed Worksnaps, which provided automated activity tracking with screenshots, flexible project/user management across many concurrent projects, and an API for integration with FreshBooks and internal systems (they even built a Python module). Broad adoption across both offices gave managers immediate visibility, streamlined billing and client reporting, reduced administrative overhead, and improved efficiency and client satisfaction.
