Barcelona-based JAP Law, founded in 2015, is a boutique firm that handles complex real estate transactions for logistics, hospitality, healthcare and MICE clients. The firm struggled with managing the large volume of documents, versions and instructions sent by email across global deal participants, creating administrative overhead and risk.

JAP Law implemented Workshare 9’s secure document sharing and added Checklist and Closing Binders (Transact) to centralize files, track versions and statuses, and invite all deal participants. The change streamlined workflows, saved about two hours of admin time per day, reduced cost and email overhead, avoided adding headcount, and gave the firm greater control over the transaction cycle.
