Flushing Bank implemented Workshare Point, which provided simple Outlook-based access to SharePoint, an easy-to-configure interface requiring virtually no training, and responsive vendor support to resolve issues quickly. The phased rollout (IT and senior management first, then department by department) has improved SharePoint adoption, strengthened document security, and helped the bank achieve faster, more reliable GLBA compliance.
