WorkProud worked with First Federal Bank of Florida, a banking organization with 800 staff in the USA, to address employee disengagement and loneliness that grew during the shift from remote to hybrid work. The program helped employees connect across teams, improved collaboration and confidence, and strengthened the bank’s work culture; First Federal Bank reported that employees became more productive and that client-customer relationships improved, while Lisa Hutcherson said the impact was positive for both remote and in-person employees.
